Welcome to Eliduche Market. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Eliduche Market website, services and related ordering features.

By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using Eliduche Market, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced in them.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to consumers under applicable Zambian law.

1. About Eliduche Market

Eliduche Market is a controlled online commerce platform.

Products displayed to customers are managed and presented by Eliduche Market. We may work with approved suppliers, fulfilment partners, payment providers and delivery providers to source and fulfil orders.

Eliduche Market is not an unrestricted open seller marketplace where third-party sellers independently publish products, set customer prices or directly control customer transactions.

2. Using Eliduche Market

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, placing an order or requesting delivery.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activities carried out through your account unless unauthorised access occurs through circumstances outside your reasonable control.

You must not use Eliduche Market for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or deceptive purposes.

3. Products and Availability

9. Orders for Another Person

Where supported, customers may place an order for delivery to another person.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate recipient details, including the recipient’s name, telephone number and delivery location.

The recipient may be contacted where reasonably necessary to complete the delivery.

10. Special, Sourced or International Orders

Where Eliduche Market offers specially sourced or international-order services, additional sourcing, supplier, shipping, customs or processing requirements may apply.

Any significant special-order conditions, deposits, charges or cancellation restrictions should be disclosed before the customer commits to payment.
